3 months old!

I can't believe it's already been 3 months. He is growing up so fast. He's changed so much in the last month. He can now grab toys/rattles and control them to his mouth. He loves to suck on (eat) his hands and fingers. I think there is movement in his gums that is bugging him. He can lift his head all the way up during tummy time. Thank goodness for his My Little Lamb Cradle 'n Swing and Baby Einstein Neptune Ocean Adventure Play Gym. He LOVES them both. He also loves the dogs. He's started laughing at Junior. It's so cute. He really is a good baby...we are blessed!

2 months old!

We are a little late posting Connor's 2 month photos. Our computer was in the shop. He's such a good, happy baby. He's really smiling a lot and even chuckling. I am really lucky. He only cries if there is something wrong like hungry, diaper needs a change, tired, etc. All very fixable. I'm blessed to have such an easy baby. The car seat is still an issue (he hates it), but it seems to be getting better.

Easter Sunday!

Today is Connor's first Easter! Due to a few sick family members, we stayed home as a family of 3. We found a giant Easter Bunny at the Palmer Elks Club and then ate lunch at Red Robin. Grandma Casey and Meme Dixon both bought him Easter baskets, but I had already put up Meme's loot. We took his picture with gifts from Grandma Casey. We should have attended church, but I am still not comfortable putting Connor in a church nursery. Ron and I feel very blessed and thankful this year for such a beautiful, healthy baby. Thank you Lord!

First Bonfire with Daddy! (6 weeks)

Ron came home from the slope yesterday! Yeah!!! Today, he worked outside picking up all the sticks Junior brought in the yard over winter. He started a fire in our fire pit, so Connor and I decided to join him. Connor slept the whole time we were outside, but smiled A LOT in his sleep. He must have enjoyed himself. We didn't stay out long because his little gloves wouldn't stay on and I was worried his fingers were getting cold.

5 weeks old!

Connor is not a shopping man. I've taken him shopping twice now and both times he screamed bloody murder in every store for no reason (fed, clean diaper, etc.), making it impossible to concentrate to make a wise purchase. I hope Ron did not ask him to do this... His only malfunction is that he hates his car seat (and hates shopping). Other than that, he's a really good baby when he doesn't have a gas bubble. We have been without Meme or Ron for two weeks now and we're doing a lot better than I thought we would!
